TeamDaniel teamed up with The Market Place (Leeds), Leeds MindMate Ambassadors (group of young people with a real passion for improving mental health support for children and young people in Leeds) and an occupational therapist to deliver a session to young people on looking after their mental health. As the lead up to exam period started, the session was for any parent or young person struggling with the pressures of exams. The session explained stress and anxiety and gave information on support that is available.
